I came an hour earlier that when his plane's supposed to land.  I'm not sure why. Maybe it was the feeling that: going earlier might mean meeting with him earlier... Or maybe I just couldn't wait at home.
So I took a bath anxiously. Loaded my car with stuff (cheesy stuff.. you know: wine, shisha, towels for the beach, food in case he arrives hungry and some more cheesiness) and took off. So yeah, that's the case. Now I'm sitting here, waiting, reading various blog entries around the internet so that it seems I'm doing something.. But what I'm actually doing is waiting... Waiting... Waiting... TELIWNE GAMOTO! hahaha
Ou it's 8:20.. I better go inside.  He lands in 15 minutes...

GeoCaching

I discovered something awesome today.
It couldn't had come at a most perfect time, I had nothing to do today so I got into it immediately, and it didn't take much time until I realized I was addicted to it!
I love the feeling I get when I find stuf I know other people touched and felt and thought of, and even better, when I find stuff that were intentionally hid there for me, directly or not. You know what I mean right?
Well, while browsing through my iPhone's appstore, I came upon this site called GeoCaching that triggered my curiosity. What this basically is, people create caches (whether that's a small box, a tiny magnetic case or a really small magnetic bottle) and they put a notepad and a pencil in them, they record the coordinates using a GPS navigation system and they finally upload the coordinates with a coded hint and some info online. Then, using an iPhone or a GPS, you can follow the coordinates into the cache and write your info in the log book and take something from the cache (if it's big enough) while leaving something for others to find. This can seriously lead into some really cool situations like a nature walk, or trying to find a tiny cache between a crowd of people while also trying to act normal etc AND the best part is that there are MILLIONS of caches WORLDWIDE including some 500 of them in Cyprus.
Now, don't take MY word for it, cause I think I made it sound as if it's a game..
It's MORE than a game... WAY more!
I found 4 caches today. One of them was big enough to hold possessions. I found a coin with a tracking code on it and went online only to discover that the coin i am NOW holding in my hands almost travelled the world! And I must now place it into another cache I find.
Here's some photos

A tiny geocache I found under a gilder of a small supermarket

The big cache I found next to the salt lake and under a bunch of rocks
I took the tracker-coin from here and I was lame enough to leave a cute little bag with receipts and a 2EUR coin from a country I haven't figured out yet... I HAD NOTHING COOL WITH ME!

Another micro magnetic cache near a church

ACCEPT

A few days ago, while watching a Cypriot talk show having the gay marriage in subject, I've discovered that Cyprus recently acquired an LGBT organization under the broad anti-racism community called ACCEPT. And I'm impressed. Period.
Reminder-link for their website: ACCEPT
FuzzFuzz about it NOW.

Oh, and my thoughts on the show are pretty much summed up in Ithaki's post right here, with a small addition of saying that I think the guy that did not support gay marriage ("κύριος Θεμιστοκλέους ") was conversing in a very logical and smart way, even though I might not agree with him.
